Dina Kenitra falls short in a 5-4 defeat against RCA Zemamra

Dina Kenitra suffered a narrow 5-4 defeat against RCA Zemamra at home during the 19th round of the championship in a thrilling encounter.

The match started unfavorably for Dina Kenitra, as RCA Zemamra took a 2-0 lead. Tarik Elmissaoui managed to pull one back with a well-placed goal, making it 2-1. However, RCA Zemamra responded quickly on a counterattack to restore their two-goal cushion at 3-1 just before halftime.

In the second half, Noureddine Kabouchi reignited hopes for the home side by scoring to make it 3-2. But RCA Zemamra struck back with two consecutive goals, extending their lead to 5-2.

With five minutes left on the clock, Dina Kenitra opted for a power play, pushing forward aggressively. This strategy paid off as Lahsen El Harti found the net to bring the score to 5-3. Tarik Elmissaoui then added another goal, reducing the deficit to 5-4. Despite a strong late push, Dina Kenitra ran out of time to complete the comeback.

While the result is a disappointment, the team's fighting spirit and late surge demonstrated resilience. Dina Kenitra will now aim to bounce back in the upcoming fixtures and return to winning ways.

Stay tuned as the team prepares for their next challenge in the championship.
